Conditions of Use

1. These certificates are valid for accommodating 2 adults (age 21 or older) who wish to make Hotel Reservations for 3 days and 2 nights in one of the cities listed on voucher.
    

2. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance and used within 1 year from the date you request your reservations. Reservations and voucher are redeemable to the Hotel Broker listed on voucher.
    

3. Does not include registration fees and room taxes (generally between $7 to $12 per night, depending on city selected) or $10 processing fee to cover processing, postage and handling.  These amounts may change according to state regulations.
    

4. Upon processing of your certificate request, you will receive additional information by mail from hotel broker about your city of choice. You can then pick the specific dates for your vacation.  Reservation dates are handled by hotel broker listed on voucher.
    

5. If you wish to stay longer, notify the reservationist that you would like a longer stay in the hotel when you pick your dates. You will receive noticeable savings compared to the regular hotel prices.
    

6. Dates near holidays and during conventions are usually not available on this special order.
    

7. Holidays, weekends and travel within 60 days require a surcharge.
    

8. Transportation and meals are not included.
    

9. There are no limits on how many vouchers you can receive, however, available only as supplies last.
    

10. Vacation voucher may be worth between $170 to $700 depending upon which hotel is chosen and dates of travel.
     

11. When purchasing vouchers, orders are non-refundable after 10 calendar days of purchase.  Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions.
